Yeah! C is coming

Who would have thought the very busy lady would have time, or take time off, to come to dinner tomorrow? OK, - so I will not be cooking the dinner myself tomorrow, we will go out, - I will only serve the champagne, - unlike last night when I made and served an impromptu dinner for six, on a 10 minutes warning! Cold beet root soup (already in the fridge), - with nice garnishings of tow different onions and green peppers, - then a salad with scallops cooked in garlic, echalottes, tomatoes and lots of parsley, - and of course good olive oil from Senor Notte.
